Senior Consultant with over 25 years of experience in various fields, including 7 years of successful management of European Development Fund (EDF) programs as Director. These programs, with a total budget of 9 million euros, enabled the implementation of 727 projects throughout Madagascar between 1994 and 2001 in the following sectors:

• Social: 369 houses, including 294 houses for social reintegration

• Education: 42 school construction/renovation projects

• Health: 208 projects to renovate Basic Health Centres and drug storage facilities (LEM)

• Agriculture: 19 agricultural projects

• Potable water supply: 32 projects 

• Infrastructure: 56 projects (markets, bridges & culverts, road rehabilitation)
