Senior project manager specializing in Madagascar–European Union cooperation, with over 25 years of multidisciplinary experience, including 7 years devoted to the strategic and operational management of European Development Fund (EDF) programs as a National Program Director.
Responsible for a portfolio of projects worth a total of €9 million, I oversaw the implementation of 727 projects across Madagascar (1994–2001), ensuring institutional coordination, planning, monitoring and evaluation, compliance with EDF procedures, and optimization of socio-economic impact.

Social development: 369 housing units built, including 294 dedicated to social reintegration.

Education: 42 projects to build or renovate primary and secondary schools.

Health: 208 projects including the rehabilitation of Basic Health Center and Medicine Storage Facilities.

Agriculture: 19 technical support and agricultural infrastructure projects.

Drinking water: 32 water supply projects for rural and peri-urban areas.

Economic infrastructure: 56 projects including the construction of markets, bridges, and other crossing structures, as well as the rehabilitation of rural roads.
